David Dorgan

David specialises in private and commercial trusts advising on the establishment and on-going administration of trusts and the preparation of trust and company related documentation.

David also has wide-ranging experience in advising upon issues relating to banking and security, investment funds, corporate and commercial (including company sales and acquisitions, commercial agreements and insolvency), regulatory and employment matters.

David qualified as a Solicitor of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2006 joining Crill Canavan in October 2006 having gained extensive experience with both Ogier and Jenners since 2001.  He transferred to the Jersey Bar and became an Advocate in July 2008.

David graduated from the University of Buckingham with an LL.B(Hons) in law and an LL.M(Merit) in International and Commercial law.  He subsequently completed a Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law of England and Wales specialising in corporate and commercial electives.  He has studied English, US, European and Jersey law.
