Andrew Pinel

Andrew joined the firm in October 2007 and specialises in investment funds, but also undertakes banking, finance and general corporate and commercial work.

Sworn in as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2004, Andrew advises fund managers, administrators, banks and investors on the establishment, authorisation and regulation of all types of investment fund structure and fund-related matters.

Andrew also has substantial experience in banking, finance and general corporate and commercial work and has advised on a range of commercial matters for clients including governments, trust companies and international banks as well as Jersey-based businesses and individuals. In addition, he has provided employment advice to both employers and employees in contentious and non-contentious situations.

Andrew regularly contributes to professional publications and media and is the author of the current Jersey chapter of “International Insurance Law and Regulation”. He is also a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association.
