David Le Brocq

David joined the firm in October 2007 and is an experienced conveyancer who is now specialising in commercial property. He has a wide range of experience in dealing with property matters having previously worked at various law firms. He joined us from Viberts, where he was the senior conveyancer.

David has dealt with all types of real estate during his 14 year career including commercial offices and shops, development sites and local residential property. He has also represented both lenders and borrowers with regard to mortgages and various financial issues and gained a law degree from Nottingham Trent University in July 2007.
