Damian James

Damian is an Advocate and a partner in the litigation department. In a relatively short time, he has joined the premier league of specialist trust litigators on the Island. His cases speak for themselves: he is actively involved in a number of the largest ongoing trusts cases in the Royal Court. Damian has also led several high-profile mediations.

Damian converted to law after graduating with a degree in Medical Biophysics. He qualified as an Advocate in 2000, working at Bailhache Labesse before joining Crill Canavan in 2001.
