Elena Moran

Elena specialises in commercial litigation and trust disputes. She also has extensive experience of contentious employment issues and company law disputes, including claims by minority shareholders.

Elena graduated from University College London with a Masters degree and a PhD in Law. She was called to the English Bar in 1991. Prior to joining Crill Canavan in April 2003, Elena worked as an in-house lawyer for the BBC. There, she managed large-scale commercial disputes, high profile defamation cases and employment disputes.
