Colette Hunt

Colette specialises in civil disputes, in particular personal injury and medical negligence claims. She is a founding member and President of JPIMS (the Jersey Personal Injury Medico-legal Society. She is also a member of APIL (the Association of Personal Injury lawyers) and PEOPIL (The Pan-European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers).

A keen and eloquent speaker, Colette has been involved in organising conferences and seminars on medico-legal topics. She also acts for the members of several National Trade Unions.

Colette qualified as an English Solicitor in 1994 and has been working in our litigation department since March 2001. Prior to working in Jersey, Colette was on the Court Users’ Committee in Plymouth.
