Paul Wilson

Paul specialises in corporate and commercial work. He deals with corporate acquisitions, mergers and reorganisations, and insolvency matters, and also advises clients on financial services regulatory issues.Paulis also an employment law specialist and is a member of the investment funds team advising on all types of fund structure.Paul has written articles for the business and legal press and is author of the chapter on Jersey employment law in Kluwer Law International’s “How to Hire and Fire in 76 Jurisdictions”. Paul is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. He is also the firm’s money laundering reporting officer and money laundering compliance officer.
 
Paul is an English qualified Solicitor who joined the Commercial Department in March 2001 from Bond Pearce in Plymouth, one of the principal regional law firms in the UK. He graduated from Kingston University with an honours degree in law, and qualified as an English Solicitor in 1993.
