- Acting for Falles Holdings Limited in its acquisition of a building lease in respect of the basement, ground, second, third and mezzanine floors of an office block at 15-17 Esplanade. The likely square footage of the premises to be constructed will be in the region of 25,000 square feet, a sizeable building for the island, which has no high-rise property. Further, we advised our client in relation to its £8.5 million borrowing from The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited to fund the construction of the building. This was a complex transaction: not only are pre-lets uncommon on the island, but the pre-lettings had to be co-ordinated with funding provision
- Advising Kildrummy Property Limited in relation to the sale of 19 Queen Street and 2 and 4 Halkett Street, St Helier for £4.25 million. This building re 2005
- Advising Matte (Jersey) Limited and Matte Plc in respect of the assignment of two of the larger retail units within St Helier’s high street to Monsoon Accessorize Limited
- Acting for Leonards Garage Limited in relation to the sale of its premises at Leonards Garage, La Moye, for £2 million
- Advising Kildrummy (Beresford Street) Limited on its purchase of 17½, 19 and 21 Commercial Street, a large retail unit within St Helier
- Acting for Swanchart Services Limited in relation to the sale of Hotel La Tour, St Brelade, for £1.3 million and its associated hotel business
- Acting for a local company in relation to their acquisition of The Laurels Hotel and business via its purchase of the holding company for £1.445 million
- Acting for The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited in relation to a new lease of NatWest’s premises at St Aubin. We are also currently advising The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited with regard to new leases for two of its larger premises within St Helier
- Advising SGB in relation to an agreement to lease industrial premises at Alliance Court, St Saviour
