There can be few matters that cause as much worry and stress as a marriage or relationship break up. Our family team is here to support you and achieve a successful resolution as quickly and effectively as possible.
We have brought together specialists from across the firm to handle all these issues. The team boasts many years’ experience across its various disciplines. Support for family issues is provided by Alison Brown and Carol Glendewar.
While we will always explore the avenues of mediation and reconciliation to get the best possible outcome for our clients, often things can end up in court. If they do, we can draw on our senior and experienced litigators, Nuno Santos-Costa and Dionne Gilbert. Advice on property and other private client issues is provided by Philip Livingstone and Mike McCabe, while Richard Pirie brings a wealth of trust experience to the team.
