The employment team provides legal advice to both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law including terms and conditions, dismissal, redundancy, unfair dismissal claims, compromise agreements, restrictive covenants and business transfers.
The team includes some of the most knowledgeable lawyers on the Island whose experience allows them to provide an efficient and cost effective service with both contentious and non-contentious work.
As well as providing advice on particular issues, the team offers an audit function to ensure that contracts and procedures are employment law compliant thereby reducing the risk of claims.
The team is happy to provide telephone advice and can deal with queries at short notice. We also provide training on all aspects of employment law including new legislation.
